New tools to foster the employment in the sales world

“Forum Agenti” opens in Fiera Milano City
(Milan, 24 November 2014) – The Economic Crisis does not spare the sales world and the data about the first semester of 2014 sign a decrease in employment that worries the 250 thousand Commercial Agents, Reps and Brokers working in Italy too.

To ease the search of new sales jobs and the reallocation of the activities, a new tool was created. Thanks to the main websites and studies centres of agents’ search, each month the "Index Agent321" will be able to provide a clear picture of several data such as agency agreement proposals and real agents’ applications, filtered by market sector and geographical area. It will allow the agents looking for new job opportunities to know in which sector the job offer is higher and in which sectors agents’ applications are higher or lower, so to orienteer their search at best.
The index will also be useful for all the stakeholders of the sector, in order to have information about the trend of the employment and the types of most successful sectors.

The index “Agent321” will be operational from the end of November and will be introduced during “Forum Agenti” happening in Milan, on Friday 28 November and Saturday 29 2014, at Fiera Milano City, Gate 3 (Free Entrance, click here to accredit yourself).

Organized by Agent321, the Fair is the one and only of its kind in Italy. It aims at promoting B2B meetings matching directly Principals with Agents. At its second Milan edition, the Fair will welcome 407 Exhibiting Companies and 10 thousand Agents, Representatives and Brokers (tripling the number of exhibitors and almost doubling the number of commercial agents of 2013).
Beyond the job meetings, Forum Agenti proposes training courses, workshops and seminars.
Also during this edition, the Enasarco Foundation will be offering free consulting for Agents about their social security positions.
Very internationally oriented, the Fair will welcome 16 Slovenian companies and 9 companies from Czech Republic, all looking for Italian commercial agents, in addition to French, German, Polish, Indonesian and others.
At the same time, two workshops about job and investment opportunities in Slovenia and in Czech Republic will be held, in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ljubljana, the General Consulate of the Republic of Slovenia in Italy and Czech Trade.

Workshops will deal with hot topics: from the severance indemnity to the commissions; from the news about the stability and growth pact to the taxation on agents’ income; from the analysis of the agency agreement to the quality certificate for agents; from how to work with a start-up to how to write an excellent resume.

In this edition, the relationship between agents and cars will be particularly highlighted. A car is a sort of travelling office for a commercial agent: a workshop about vehicles’ tax aspects will be held by the prestigious scientific magazine “Econometrica” and three automakers (Renault, Mercedes and Dacia) will present their new models, giving the opportunity of free text drive.
